QPR boss Harry Redknapp is seeking good characters as they prepare for life in the Championship.
Redknapp has already said it will be a challenge and wants to change the culture of the club by bringing in players he feels will bring a better work ethic to the dressing room, with the ex-Tottenham manager placing as much emphasis on character as ability.
"It is right up there with it for me," he said.
"It needs to be. We need good characters like that. When I took over at Portsmouth, I brought good lads in who were just fantastic and they made the difference for me. It made the job easy.
"If you look this year, people like Clint Hill has been excellent. He is a good lad, good pro. There are people like him around. You need a good group of them and all of them pulling together."
