Portsmouth boss Harry Redknapp has revealed the goodwill of fans has helped him through his darkest week in football.

Redknapp was arrested last week over allegations of football corruption but got a hero's welcome at Fratton Park before Saturday's draw with Everton.

He said: "It was a lovely reception. The general reaction I've had has been great."
