Real Madrid are yet to decide whether to loan out Takefusa Kubo again this season.
Marca says for the third successive season, because of the fact he would count as one of the three non-EU players, Kubo can't stay at Real Madrid and will leave the club temporarily once more.
It's likely that he will be registered by the 2022/23 season at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu, with the nationalisation of Vinicius Junior likely to have been completed by that time.
Real Sociedad are the team that are showing the highest level of interest at this juncture, hoping to replicate the success they had when they recruited Martin Odegaard on loan from Los Blancos in 2019/20.
There is an excellent working relationship between the two clubs and Los Merengues would be comfortable with the Japanese talent being coached by Imanol Alguacil within his attacking system.
Real Mallorca are also interested, as are a number of Bundesliga clubs, but no decision will be made until Kubo returns from the Olympics.
