Real Salt Lake are eager to sign permanently Liverpool midfielder Brooks Lennon.

Lennon joined RSL on-loan last MLS season.

He made 26 appearances during the campaign. Lennon had played with Real Salt Lake's academy before joining Liverpool in 2015.

Off contract in June, ESPN says sources suggest Liverpool have decided against offering Lennon new terms.

While there is interest from Real Salt Lake, Liverpool have yet to receive a formal offer for 20-year-old Lennon.
