Real Mallorca risk seeing points deducted over their sale of Bosko Jankovic to Palermo.
Jankovic's former club, Red Star Belgrade, have reported Mallorca to FIFA over failure to pay his transfer fee in total.
FIFA are now investigating the complaint and among the punishments on offer is a points deduction.
