The agent of Real Madrid defender Fabio Cannavaro admits a return to Napoli may not be the veteran's only option.

"The talk at this moment is difficult to consider," said Gaetano Fedele. "The Napoli project is interesting.

"It is an idea that is so far away, we have not considered it (whether Cannavaro would only return to Italy for Napoli)."
