Real Madrid captain Iker Casillas admits they're struggling in the Champions League this season.

Real needed an injury-time equaliser from Mesut Ozil to rescue a 2-2 draw with Borussia Dortmund.

Casillas said: "We do not deserve to suffer so much in this competition, where many more goals have been conceded than in the league. We must focus on the next tie and reach the second round.

"I was concerned until the 90th minute. A more adverse outcome would have greatly complicated our game in England. Now, if we win at Manchester City, we will be okay. "
