But AVB says: "He could have cost even more. He has the potential. But Ronaldo had already starred for four years at Manchester United when he left. Gareth has only exploded for one year. IN terms of potential, he can have the same influence, but this is going to depends on the way in which he adapts. At Real, he will not be the LA star, like he was here."
