Real Madrid president Florentino Perez knows he can sign Atletico Madrid star Sergio Aguero in the summer.
Cadena Ser says despite claims from Atletico chief Miguel Angel Gil Marin and president Enrique Cerezo that Aguero will never be sold to Real, the Argentine's existing contract carries no clause preventing such a move.
Perez, confirmed by Gil Marin, failed with a bid for Aguero in January - but remains determined to land the exciting striker.
Aguero's contract carries a €45 million buyout clause and should Real meet that fee, Atletico will be powerless to stop the Argie from moving to the Santiago Bernabeu.
