Real Madrid midfielder Toni Kroos insists this weekend's El Clasico at Barcelona won't be decisive in the title race.
Kroos says the match won't decide the destination of the championship.
"Do you want me to tell you that this match will decide the league? Well no!" he said.
"It is an important match for the table, but in a way it is also key because it is the game it is. To put it another way: this match has its own classification. We will go there to win. If successful, we would place ourselves four points ahead of Barcelona, which would mean nothing.
"And if we lose, we would be two points behind Barcelona, a fact that would not mean anything either. But it is clear that we want to win. The Clasico is the Clasico."
