Real Madrid legend Hugo Sanchez wants to coach in Scotland.
The former Mexico and Almeria boss is eyeing the job at Kilmarnock.
Sanchez, 52, won two Mexican titles as coach of UNAM Pumas before becoming manager of the national team between 2006-2008.
He returned to Spain to take charge of Almeria before leaving them in December 2009.
No decision will be taken on the future of Rugby Park caretaker boss Kenny Shiels before the season ends.
