After Kaka and Cristiano Ronaldo, Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is ready to sign Bayern Munich star Franck Ribery.

Despite talk of Chelsea, Barcelona and Manchester United moving ahead of Real for the Frenchman, Perez is calm because he knows the player wants to move to Madrid.

Indeed, a source close to Ribery told L'Equipe: "If Ribery leaves Bayern he will play for Madrid. There is no doubt about that.

"There is no risk that Ribery will choose another club."
