Real Madrid are set to get a clear run at Schalke midfielder Julian Draxler.
Real had been competing with Bayern Munich for the youngster, though their deal for Borussia Dortmund midfielder Mario Gotze is expected to clear the way for the Spanish giants to sign Draxler.
The Germany international has already declared he welcomes the interest of Real.
