Real Madrid enjoy comfortable win over Eibar

Real Madrid eased to a comfortable 3-0 win over Eibar yesterday.

Cristiano Ronaldo, Javier Hernandez and Jese all struck in the comfortable win.

Ronaldo scored his first free-kick of the season to put Madrid ahead midway through the first half and two minutes later Hernandez nodded in a second goal to net for the first time in just under six months.

Then Jese scored a fine individual effort late in the second half to round off a win that takes Madrid on to 73 points and keeps the pressure on league leaders and bitter rivals Barcelona.

Real coach Carlo Ancelotti said: "The whole squad will be available for Tuesday.

"The players who hadn't had much playing time before now did well, especially Chicharito, who got an important goal. Then there was Jesé as well. We didn't strain ourselves too much for this game, but everything went to plan."
