Sergio Ramos is facing a departure from Real Madrid at the end of this month.
The Real captain's contract is now in it's final four weeks and there is no sight of an agreement over a new deal.
Onda Cero says many inside Real's board room are pushing president Florentino Perez to end all negotiations with Ramos. There remains anger towards the captain for refusing to convince the squad to accept 10 per cent pay-cuts last season as the club battled with the effects of Spain's stadium lockout.
There also remains frustration with Ramos over his public declarations against attempts to rehire Jose Mourinho and also appoint Antonio Conte. Board members feels it's time for the two parties to now go their separate ways.
