Real Madrid defender Raphael Varane is ready to move to England.

Varane has had a deal in place with Manchester United for several weeks, with the Premier League giants having now found an agreement with Real Madrid regarding a fee over the weekend.

Le Parisien says the France international wants to move to Old Trafford, but not only for sporting reasons.

Varane also feels ready for a change of scenery and believes changing countries can help re-energise his approach and career.

United have reached terms with Real Madrid over a fee of €45m.
