Real Madrid defender Rudiger: Chelsea very different to the team I left

Real Madrid defender Toni Rudiger admits he's unsure what to expect from former club Chelsea this week.

Real Madrid and Chelsea meet in the Champions League quarter-finals first-leg, but Rüdiger does not know what to expect as the Blues are a completely different team from the one he left.

"Chelsea have changed a lot, so I don't quite know what to expect from the game against them," he said.

"It doesn't look like the team I played for when I was at the club.

"I expect them to bring quality, because there are some really good players, so it won't be an easy game, but we are Real Madrid.

"It would of course have been a good story if we had met Chelsea in the final.

"But on the field, there are no emotions in a pinch for me, because I only think about winning."
