Real Madrid coach Manuel Pellegrini is happy over his first contact with world record signing Cristiano Ronaldo. He said of the former Manchester United star: "He is a normal player, the first to arrive at training, involved with his teammates, has no demands of a star.
"He is a player of great ability and has been handed a chance at a great club like Real Madrid and will continue his progress.
"One thing is the image that is shown externally, and another is what he is as a player, that is absolutely normal and easy."
Asked about his plans for captain Raul, Pellegrini insisted: "The 25 who are being trained will be valid for Madrid.
"Raul has already amply demonstrated the quality he has. There will be opportunities for all."
