Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho has taken a swipe at 'Mr Perfect' Pep Guardiola. Mourinho has wrestled the Liga title away from Guardiola's Barcelona this season and seen the celebrated coach now step down.

"It is not normal to sell an image of perfection and then in the end, nothing is perfect," said Mourinho. "I never sold a picture of perfection."

On the game of Barcelona and Real Madrid, Mourinho said: "I love the beautiful game of my team. I do not like to wear down the opponent with possession."
