The Brazil international is out of action for four months after undergoing surgery on the weekend.
"The important thing is that he has his operation, there's no doubt about his status and recovery. Besides, I as a leader of a group, I can not waste my time crying over a player," said the Special Juan.
"I have more players to work with. My philosophy is I do not like having doubts or mourning. And I have no doubt about the quality of our medical department.
"I will not talk about Kaka during the time he is out."
