Real Madrid chief Emilio Butragueno has paid tribute to coach Jose Mourinho.

Mourinho has Real on track for a Liga and Champions League Double.

"We have a coach who is a great leader. He is used to winning titles. He knows exactly how to handle the different personalities that are in a great team like Madrid.

"That keeps us calm, and now comes the crucial stage of the season and having a coach with all his experience is an advantage," said Butragueno.
