Martin Odegaard will sit out this weekend's Real Madrid Castilla clash with Fuenlabrada.
The new signing will not make his debut this Sunday for Real Madrid Castilla. The Norwegian international, who joined Real Madrid this week from Stromsgodset, has not been named in Zinedine Zidane's squad for the local derby against Fuenlabrada at the Estadio Alfredo di Stéfano.
Real coach Carlo Ancelotti remarked on Friday: "We wanted Martin to come Madrid dearly, he is a very skilful player and we believe he will have a great future with us. We are very happy he has taken the decision to sign for Real Madrid. He will train with us and play for Castilla."
