Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho has no problem with the mega spending of PSG and Manchester City.
Mourinho says those clubs with the money should be allowed to spend it.
"If you have money, you spend it. Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain are two financial superpowers," shrugged Mourinho in the wake of PSG 's €45 million deal for Sao Paulo star Lucas Moura.
