Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti is happy facing Pippo Inzaghi's AC Milan in today's friendly in Dubai.

Ancelotti is confident Inzaghi is the right man for the job.

"Having Inzaghi as a colleague is a nice feeling, and so is playing against Milan," the Italian Coach told Sky Sports.

"I expected him to become a Coach. He has a lot of enthusiasm and that's essential to coach a team.

"I give him advice and we talk about many things.

"The Rossoneri must nurture the objective of returning to the Champions League, though compared to when I was with them, everything has changed.

"There used to be investors that are no longer there.

"These are cycles, it will take patience to see Italian football flying high again.

" Juventus lack the experience to reach the top, because the historic core that led them to win the Scudetto still lacks the necessary individualities."
