Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti has jumped to the defence of AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani.
There are calls for Galliani's sacking this week.
But former Milan coach Ancelotti said: "Milan are going through a very difficult and delicate moment and I hope they can solve these problems quickly.
"Galliani? We worked together for a long time and I think he's a manager of the highest level.
"I could compare him to Cristiano Ronaldo as there are players who belong to a different category than other colleagues, even among directors there are those who stand out over others."
