Real Madrid have moved a step ahead of Chelsea in the battle for Ajax attacker Anwar El Ghazi.

The 20 year-old has been linked with both European giants this week after being scouted in a recent international tournament.

El Ghazi was able to make a personal visit to Real training after receiving an invitation from actor Mimoun Ouled Radi.

"As a little boy I practiced Ronaldo's moves in the living room. Mimoun therefore asked via the club if I could be allowed to attend a training session and meet Ronaldo," the striker told De Telegraaf.

"Real Madrid seemed to know me, and I was immediately put on the list.

"It was fantastic to get tips from Ronaldo. He gave me advice about training, diet and my career."
