Cristiano Ronaldo has urged Real Madrid fans not to panic after their Copa humiliation by Alcorcon.
Ronaldo was missing for the game and admits the defeat was a blow to the club's reputation.
He said: "It's already happened, we lost. No-one is happy, no one expected it, the team did not play well, but you have to lift your head.
"The world will not end because Madrid lost 4-0. It was bad, but let it be a lesson for the upcoming matches. It should be a good game against Getafe.
"Disasters like Alcorcón are always in football, do not be shocked. It's gone, we lost. You have to lift your head and learn from defeat."
On Real coach Manuel Pellegrini, Ronaldo was adamant: "I am very happy with Pellegrini, the solution is not to sack the coach. There's no need to change anything, the team will come out of this rut.
"I am convinced we will win the League, Cup and Champions League."
