The striker of Gambian club Real de Banjul is currently on trial with MLS club DC United.

Edrissa Jarra is trying his luck in the States with the Washington-based club and his trial was confirmed by Real's vice-president Bakary Jammeh who also stated DCU were close to signing him.

"Jarra is presently in USA undergoing trials with DC United. He travelled under the invitation of the club [DC United] and if they are happy with, they would sign him in immediately ahead of the closure of MLS transfer window," Jammeh told Observer Sports.
