Reading striker Noel Hunt says caretaker Eamonn Nolan has had a positive impact.

Hunt knows Reading's players must knuckle down under Dolan to try and turn things around.

He said: "Eamonn's settled the ship, and it's work as usual for us.

"We need to keep our heads down now and work harder than ever. We've got to be professional and do the right thing."
