Reading have joined the battle for Blackburn Rovers winger Junior Hoilett.

The Daily Mirror says the Canadian international was strongly linked with a move to Tottenham in January, and they are likely to come back in for the 21-year-old in the summer.

Blackburn will be due a compensation package of around £5million given the player's age, and Reading are prepared to pay the price for of one of the few bright sparks in Rovers' season.
