RB Leipzig goalkeeper Gulacsi: Sorloth header could've changed things against Liverpool

RB Leipzig goalkeeper Peter Gulacsi admits they lacked an early goal which cost them their Champions League tie with Liverpool.

The Reds are into the quarterfinals 4-0 on aggregate after their second-leg 2-0 win last night.

Former Liverpool keeper Gulacsi said, "It was clear to us that it was important to score the first goal. We didn't succeed.

"In the second half we were close, had a couple of half-chances and Alexander Sörloth's header.

"The space got bigger and bigger and Liverpool took full advantage of that. The LFC counterattack is certainly one of the best in Europe."
