RB Leipzig chief Ralf Rangnick admits they're seeking an English partner club.
However, he concedes finding the right club is proving difficult.
He told BILD: "If we wanted to expand, only one club in England would make sense. A third tier one like maybe Sunderland or Milton Keynes.
"However, problems would arise when the club is pushing into international business. Then we would have the same situation as with Leipzig and Salzburg, which would not be possible due to the UEFA regulations.
"And I can not imagine buying a club in China. That may be economically good. But it is certainly not sporty. I do not think so as a capitalist."
