Rangers have reportedly turned down a £500,000 offer from French club Sochaux for Maurice Edu.
The Ligue 1 side last night came in for the USA international midfielder with 'Gers instantly rejecting the proposal although SunSport suggests Sochaux boss Mehmed Bazdarevic will be back with a renewed offer in the next two days.
Rangers are desperate to hold onto their key senior players and in particular Edu who manager Ally McCoist wants to secure to a long-term deal as soon as possible.
