Liverpool have rebuffed an enquiry regarding their young left-back Owen Beck.
The Reds are not willing to part with the 21-year-old, who is the great nephew of club legend Ian Rush.
Per The Mail, Rangers are serious about bringing Beck to Scotland in the coming weeks.
Liverpool are concerned about their depth in the left-back spot at present.
Andy Robertson is still out with a shoulder problem, while Kostas Tsimikas is also injured.
Beck was previously on loan at Dundee, where he played 20 games in the Scottish Premiership.
