Kyle Bartley admits the senior players at Arsenal are a great influence on their youngsters.
The defender is currently impressing on-loan at Rangers.
He told the Scottish Sun: "When I first got to Arsenal I broke my ankle. That was a disappointing start but after that it went really well. It was a hostile environment in Greece - a massive game and an amazing experience.
"Everyone at Arsenal was helpful - Kolo Toure before he left and William Gallas in particular.
"Then the likes of Sol Campbell came in. I played with him in a reserve game and he talked to me a lot which was fantastic.
"You can only improve your game by being around those sort of players and you just take a lot of positives from them."
