Out of favour Rangers striker Jean Claude Darcheville has been linked with a move to the French giants. The 33 year admitted his agent had been speaking to a number of clubs in France.
He said: "I had a phone call with my agent, and he told me he had a few contacts in Ligue 1.
"I am very happy at Rangers and I don't really look for a departure. However nothing is impossible. I don't forget France made me. I don't say no to a come-back, it will depend on the opportunities."
Darcheville believes that he has what it takes to play for Marseille if a deal materialises.
He added: "Do I have the level for L'OM? Of course. I have no doubt and I can't say why I should not have the level.
"I have the qualities and I know Le Championnat very well and I have scored a lot of goals in Ligue 1.
"You can say what you want but Marseille will always remain a legendary club. If such a club would contact me, of course I won't remain impervious."
