Super agent Mino Raiola is delighted to have picked up Everton striker Romelu Lukaku.
It's been confirmed this week that Lukaku has joined Raiola's stable.
Raiola told Sudpresse: "If we had met each other earlier, he wouldn't have played for Everton. Maybe somewhere else, maybe he would still be at Chelsea.
Diego Costa has scored 18 league goals this season and has been one of the league's most prolific strikers, but Raiola insists that the Belgian is superior.
He added: "I want to be clear: Romelu is a better striker than Diego Costa and could have done the same as the Spaniard did this season.
"We often talk about football, but do not forget that this is also someone with a big heart.
"If anyone says that Paul Pogba is the future of the world, then Romelu Lukaku is the Paul Pogba of attackers.
"Yes, he will become one of Europe's best forwards. I'm not saying this for fun, but when you see all that he has accomplished at a young age, it is only normal. It has already achieved great things while he has not exploited its full potential.
"Later, he will play for a top club like Paris Saint-Germain, the two teams from Manchester, Barcelona or Bayern Munich."
