Manchester United's Rafael has denied claims that he wants to leave the club to join Corinthians.
Reports emanating in Brazil suggest that the 23-year old right-back has emerged as a target for Corinthians and that he was considering heading back to his homeland.
But Rafael told Lancenet that he is extremely happy at Old Trafford and has no intentions of quitting the English champions.
"I am not thinking about leaving Manchester United, especially since I did well last season," Rafael said.
"There is no reason to leave now, I am playing here, I am a starter and I don't intend to return to Brazil."
