AFC Bournemouth defender Tyrone Mings has defined the club's loan acquisition, Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere, as a quiet lad.
The 23-year-old believes that Wilshere's arrival at the South Coast club can only help improve the Cherries as he sets a good example both on and off the pitch.
Mings said: "He is a very quiet lad but everyone knows what he can do.
"A player like him does his talking with his feet. Everyone can see how technically gifted he is, he has proved that for the national team and for Arsenal.
"Him coming in here and being able to learn from him and seeing how he moves can only be a positive.
"For a club of Bournemouth's size and where the club has come from to attract a player of his calibre is great and can only improve us going forward."
