QPR striker Jamie Mackie hopes to see action for Scotland tomorrow.
Macedonia should watch themselves on Tuesday if he gets the chance to shine - because Mackie insists he's ready to make up for lost time.
He said: "I was out for ten-and-a-half months after my debut for Scotland. I've missed a lot and I definitely want to make up for that lost time.
"I've come back and scored goals for QPR and had a good season in the Premier League. Now there's a whole campaign with Scotland to make up for the time I missed and I'll make sure I'm sharp and ready for it.
"We have a strong squad and, while everyone wants to start, if you come off the bench you must have a positive impact.
"I enjoyed coming on up front and we nearly carved out a few opportunities. We have another game on Tuesday and we'll see if I get another chance.
"That's always my outlook if I'm on the bench. I'll make sure when I come on I do everything I can to make an impact. Of course, I'd love more game time."
