Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp is expected to send winger Andros Townsend away on-loan this month.
The youngster is only back at White Hart Lane from Ipswich Town and scored in Spurs' FA Cup victory over Charlton Athletic.
The People says Watford and QPR are keen to take on Townsend to the end of the season.
The 19 year-old has spent his entire career at Spurs.
