QPR striker Rob Hulse is eager to make up for lost time on-loan at Charlton Athletic.
Hulse went on loan to The Valley this week after being frozen out at Loftus Road, where he ended up training with the reserves.
The struggling Addicks travel to Blackpool, and Hulse, 32, said: "It's difficult but I've seen it happen to other people.
"You wonder why, and you don't think you've done anything wrong.
"There was DJ Campbell, Luke Young, Jay Bothroyd, Tommy Smith, Heidar Helguson and me. So there were about five or six of us training with the reserves.
"But you've just got to get your head down and work hard, and that's what I did. There's no animosity there and I hope Rangers do well "I hope they start winning some games because I've got some good friends in the changing room."
