QPR have completed the signing of Dutch midfielder Leroy Fer.
The 24-year old Holland international has signed a three-year deal with the west London club, joining from Championship outfit Norwich City for a reported fee of £7million which could rise to £10m according to Sky Sports.
Fer, who scored for the Oranje at the 2014 World Cup, arrives at Loftus Road after spending just one season at Carrow Road where he netted four goals in 33 appearances in all competitions.
Fer said: "I can't wait to get started here. It was always my dream to stay in England, in the Premier League. QPR did well last season to come up and the squad is full of top players, so I'm delighted to be here.
"Harry told me I was a big target for him and when you hear that from a coach, you want to work with them and play for them. I'm just looking forward to showing what I'm capable of here at QPR."
