QPR striker Jamie Mackie is happy with the performance he put in against Manchester United on the weekend.
Despite not scoring and the R's losing 2-0 at Loftus Road, the Scotland international put in a menacing showing against United left-back Patrice Evra who struggled to keep up with his pace and well-timed cut-ins.
"I was a bit frustrated that I didn't see more of the ball to be honest but it was a good challenge for me and I look forward to playing against all these top left-backs and seeing what I can do.
"Now that I am getting the chance to come up against the best players in the world, I love testing myself. It's a nice marker for me to see how far I have come.""I thought I gave him a good test and that's all you can do," Mackie told the club's official website.
