QPR's Ephraim has joined League One club Charlton Athletic on loan.
The 23-year old attacking midfielder has signed a deal which will see him remain at The Valley until January 3 next year and he could go straight into Chris Powell's match-day squad for short the trip to Brentford on Saturday.
Ephraim was not included in Neil Warnock's 25-man Premier League squad and has been sent out to gain valuable minutes in a first team environment.
The Addicks currently sit five points clear at the top of the third tier table with 12 wins and four draws from 17 outings.
