QPR are set to retire the No31 shirt of Ray Jones.

The England Under- 19 striker died in a car crash on Saturday and would have celebrated his 19th birthday yesterday.

QPR boss John Gregory said: "We feel it is only right that no one else will ever wear it again.

"That was his number when he scored those crucial goals last season and it is the number we want to remember him by."
