QPR have pulled out of the race for Norwich City midfielder Leroy Fer.
Get West London says QPR baulked at the asking price for Fer and turned their attention elsewhere.
Rs boss Harry Redknapp sealed the £5million signing of Cardiff City star Jordon Mutch on Tuesday to bolster his options in the middle of the park.
Southampton are also interested in Fer.
