QPR are chasing West Bromwich Albion striker Peter Odemwingie.
The Daily Express says Odemwingie, 30, has now emerged as a new target for Warnock, who believes he can get the best out of the Nigeria international, who is set to face QPR at Loftus Road tomorrow.
Odemwingie, who scored 15 Premier League goals last term, only signed a new £40,000 three-year contract at West Brom in August, after being linked with both Spurs and Wigan.
But he has suffered a frustrating start to the season, scoring just two goals and was recently involved in a public spat with manager Roy Hodgson.
With summer signing Shane Long doing well, Hodgson may opt to sell Odemwingie if QPR come in with an offer of about £7million.
