QPR are planning a double raid on Tottenham for striker Robbie Keane and midfielder Jermaine Jenas.
The Sunday Mirror says the R's know they will need players of proven experience on their return to the top flight - and the Tottenham duo fit the bill.
It appears that both men are superfluous to Spurs .
Jenas would cost around £7 million and that will boost Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp's transfer kitty as well as easing the wage bill at White Hart Lane.
Keane is more likely to move on loan while Rangers are close to landing another key recruit for next season.
