QPR goalkeeper Julio Cesar admits he was surprised to see Mario Balotelli sign for AC Milan in January.

Julio Cesar played with the former Manchester City striker at Inter Milan.

"Balotelli going to Milan surprised me a little, of course, because as a child he began with Inter," said the Brazilian. "Then he went to Milan.

"But it was his choice, I'm a fan."
